I love the quote “hard times requites furious dancing” by Alice Walker because… it´s true. Moving your body, especially to music that tickles your soul, shifts your mind and awakens your spirit.
Travel is the cure for everything. Period. If I feel stuck or stagnant in any area of life, my cure is to go for a wander to new places, meet new people and see the world! The road never fails to awaken my spirit.
And if you can´t travel? Take a metaphorical journey through reading. Lose yourself in a book. Expand your mind through the stories made by the people who inspire you. Experience life through the eyes of another.
5. Find Your Tribe
